Damages/Replacement

• Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• We will replace any damaged/misprint free of charge and there is no need to ship anything back. To receive a replacement please send in an image of the canvas and damages, box it was shipped in and the label on the package.

Can I Cancel My Order?

• All items in our store are custom made for you. Once your order has been placed, your order goes into production. For this reason we can not cancel your order after your order has been placed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Exchanges

• Our items are handmade to fit your order and are put into production as soon as your order is placed, because of this we do not offer exchanges.
• Please make sure that the size you order is the size that you need before you purchase.
