Refund Policy

At Canvas Stock Design, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund policy with limited exceptions.

❌ Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and entered into production. All sales are final unless canceled within the specified time frame.

⏱️ Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it (EST). To cancel, please contact us immediately via website chat or Instagram DM.

• Orders canceled within this 4-hour window will be fully refunded.
• After 4 hours, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a free replacement. Refunds are not offered.

Requirements for a replacement:

• Clear photos and videos showing the damage
• Notification sent within 3 days of delivery

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

We take pride in the quality of our custom canvas prints and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
