Canvas Stock Design is a luxury canvas wall art brand offering premium canvas prints created from original artworks.

Our artworks are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Original artworks are not sold. Customers purchase premium canvas prints of the original artwork.

The original will always remain with the artist. The art can be yours.

2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Infringe the rights of Canvas Stock Design or any third party

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems

3. ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, images, designs, photographs, graphics, written content, logos, branding, product descriptions, and other original materials displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to Canvas Stock Design and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a canvas print does not transfer ownership of the underlying original artwork or intellectual property rights to the customer.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, resell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our artwork without prior written permission.

Your purchase gives you ownership of the physical canvas print you receive—not ownership of the original artwork or its copyright.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present our artworks, colors, textures, dimensions, and product details as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, screen settings, lighting, and other display conditions.

Minor variations that naturally occur during the printing, finishing, stretching, framing, or production process may not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information when identified.

5. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All Canvas Stock Design artworks are made to order.

Your artwork is produced specifically for your order after purchase.

Because of the customized nature of our production process, orders cannot generally be returned simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, no longer want the artwork, or feel that the artwork does not suit your space.

Please review your artwork selection, size, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order on our website constitutes a request to purchase a product.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:

  • Product or pricing errors

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect or incomplete order information

  • Technical errors

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 1–2 hours of placing your order.

Please contact us through Live Chat as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. PRICING & PAYMENT

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is successfully placed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payment must be successfully completed before production begins.

Canvas Stock Design does not operate temporary sales, clearance events, or discounted pricing.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We will arrange production and shipping according to the information provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary due to production schedules, shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Canvas Stock Design is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us through Live Chat as soon as possible.

For verification, we may require:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the artwork

  • Video showing the condition of the artwork

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Any other information reasonably required to assess the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will create and send a new replacement at no additional product charge.

11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and shipping information

  • Selecting the correct artwork and size

  • Reviewing order details before completing payment

  • Being available to receive the shipment where required

We are not responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

12. NO UNAUTHORIZED USE OF OUR CONTENT

You may not use Canvas Stock Design artwork, website content, product images, branding, or other materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This includes copying, reproducing, downloading for commercial use, reselling, redistributing, or presenting our artwork as your own.

Any unauthorized use may result in appropriate legal action.
